The purpose of this website is a collaborative effort to provide information for the Latino community and medical providers to be able to work together in the final stages of life for their patients. The information for the medical providers is meant for them to be better equipped with dealing with the Latino perspective of end of life planning and be better prepared to give information suited for the Latino community.  Also, rhis website targets the Latino community, of all ages, to understand the importance of planning end of life care.
