BASICS OF VIDEO SHOOTING

Background

When you frame a subject, it is important to look in the viewfinder, and pay close attention to the background.
Is there anything behind your subject? Do objects appear to stick out of your subject's head? Is the background too cluttered?
A cluttered background will distract the viewer from the subject. Instead of focusing on the subject and what he is saying, the viewer will be looking at what is behind the subject.

A little adjustment to the subject's postion can make a better composition. If necessary, remove or rearrange items in the background. Keep the background simple and uncluttered.
