At most universities, if you want to learn about their history, you must enter a library and dig through an expansive archive. At the Thunderbird School of Global Management on ASU's Downtown Phoenix campus, a good portion of its history is displayed on its walls.
Stress comes in many shapes and sizes, and these external stressors have a direct link to the inner workings of the mind and body. As part of National Stress Awareness Month, ASU Professors Leah Doane and Cheryl Conrad help explain the science of stress — including the impact it can have on our physical and mental health.
