Raul Rodriguez, the founding chairman of the North American Center for Transborder Studies, discusses the future of the Center and global engagement at ASU. The Center is a trinational research and policy alliance that connects local communities, government partners and public/private agencies to academic research institutions in an effort to provide greater understanding of regional issues through a multilateral lens and develop actionable policy solutions.
