  1. Read Introduction & Welcome and Course Guidelines & Policies. Review the Assignments and Weekly schedule.
  2. Send email to me indicating:
    • You have read course materials and understand course expectations, assignments, and activities
    • Your expectations for the course: what were your expectations of a course called "InfoGlut?" have they changed now that you've read the course introduction? what do you hope to learn this semester? what are your concerns? what needs clarification?
    • Your comments and/or questions about course content and goals, assignments, etc
    • TWC598 students only: read additional information for graduate credit
  3. Read: Information Overload? and Knowledge is Power
  4. Discussion Forum:
    • Introduce yourself to the class in the "Biography" thread.
