LIVER CANCER

Latino males are much more likely to develop liver cancer than all other ethnic minorities except for Asian/Pacific Islanders.

This rate is about twice as high as white males.

Latina women also have higher rates of liver cancer than whites or blacks.

Latinos have some of the highest rates of death caused by liver cancer.

These rates can vary widely between subgroups.
