FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FEE
All students are assessed an $12 per session Financial Assistance
Trust fee. This fee is matched by the State of Arizona. Student
grants are awarded from this trust, under the usual financial
assistance eligibility criteria.
ARIZONA STUDENTS ASSOCIATION (ASA) FEE
The ASA is a non-profit lobbying organization that represents
Arizona's public university students to the Arizona Board
of Regents, State Legislature, and U.S. Congress. During 1996-1997,
students at the state universities voted to change the mechanism
for funding the ASA. A $1.00 fee will be charged to each student
each session. Any refunds for this fee will be provided through
the ASA Central Office at 1-877-294-6900.
