Concept   

Steps:

  1. Click the Recruiting link.   Step 1
  2. Click the Create New Job Opening button.   Step 2
  3. Click the Job Opening Type dropdown button to activate the menu.   Step 3
  4. Click an entry in the list.

    Use Standard Requistion when you are filling a Limited number of openings.

    Use Continuous Job Opening when you are filling a Unlimited number of openings(pool) position.   Step 4
  5. Click an entry in the list.   Step 5
  6. Click the Lookup Template ID button.   Step 6
  7. Click the Search Results table.
    Choose Department from list   Step 7
  8. Click the Position dropdown button to activate the menu.   Step 8
  9. Click an entry in the list.   Step 9
  10. Click the Continue button.   Step 10
  11. Click the Look up Template ID (Alt+5) button.   Step 11
  12. Click an entry in the list.

  13. Click the text list.   Step 13
  14. Point to the object.

    This is Staff- Resume Only Template 1013. If you select this template, applicants will only attach a resume (or other documents) in addition to completing these sections   Step 14
  15. This is an example of the Staff Template 1012. If you choose this template, applicants must complete all these sections in addition to attaching a resume   Step 15
  16. Click the Openings to Fill dropdown button to activate the menu.
    Select Limited for a Standard Requisition or Unlimited for a Continuous Opening   Step 16
  17. Click the object.

    Enter the Target Openings that you would like to fill.   Step 17
  18. Click the Status Reason dropdown button to activate the menu.   Step 18
  19. Click an entry in the list.   Step 19
  20. Click in the Name field.
    Use for Replacement positons ONLY

    Enter Last Name here and click the lookup to the right

  21. Scroll the object with the mouse wheel.
