SSM 602–01: Mental Health Emergencies |
To provide assistance to students experiencing mental health emergencies
University policy
Members of the university community may call ASU Counseling Services and request emergency assistance. See the ASU Counseling Services Web site for detailed information on services provided.
For life-threatening situations, call 9-1-1.
After-hours emergency mental health assistance is available for all ASU students.
All ASU students, and those concerned about an ASU student, may call the EMPACT ASU-dedicated crisis hotline at 480/921–1006 at any time.
Students residing in University Housing may contact a member of the University Housing staff, who will assist them in accessing ASU Counseling Services’ after-hours services.
