Financial Aid and Scholarship Services/Student Employment
The Federal Work-Study Program (FWSP) provides an annual allocation to the university through the United States Department of Education. This federal allocation, combined with matching funds from the university or another employing agency, provides eligible students with added employment opportunities. The FWSP is only available until all funds have been spent.
The FWSP assists the university in achieving its student employment objectives and student financial assistance goals. Consequently, ASU participates in and complies with the guidelines of this program.
ASU also requires that recipients of FWSP awards and the departments or units that employ them through the program support the program’s objectives and comply with its guidelines.
