SSM 1201–01 Table

Eligibility for ASU Health Services care is limited to:

1. anyone needing stabilization for life-threatening emergencies until 911 response
2. invited guests who are participating in sponsored activities on campus who have urgent medical needs
3. registered ASU, NAU, or UA students who are enrolled for at least one credit hour and students between semesters if they are enrolled in the next fall or spring semester
4. ASU employees needing care for illness or injury, including initial evaluation and treatment, and for preventive health care, illness care, health screening, routine health history, and physical examinations
5. special program participants, as arranged in advance with the director of ASU Health Services (ASUHS) and
6. ABOR Student Health insurance participants, who are eligible year-round. Graduating students or students who withdraw during the semester will be seen until termination of their university-sponsored student health insurance.
