Policy

[horizontal rule]

Under Arizona law, the Arizona Board of Regents (ABOR) is responsible for the control and supervision of the state universities and their properties and activities. ABOR is authorized to enact ordinances for the governance of the universities and the maintenance of public order upon all property under its jurisdiction and has promulgated this Student Code of Conduct in order to meet its responsibilities under Arizona law.

The Student Code of Conduct is found in the Arizona Board of Regents Policy Manual, which is maintained outside of the ASU system of administrative manuals. To enter the Arizona Board of Regents Policy Manual, go to http://www.azregents.edu/policymanual/default.aspx. Access “Chapter 5 - Campus and Student Affairs.”

The Student Code of Conduct and Student Disciplinary Procedures may be obtained from the Office of the Dean of Students.
