PTS 205: Valet Parking

Purpose

[horizontal rule]

To provide alternative parking options ASU Parking and Transit can arrange for valet parking for visitors to the university, for the general public, for ASU departments, and for organized event functions. Persons interested in valet service should contact ASU Parking and Transit Services.

A visitor to the ASU campus may utilize valet services when available for university sponsored meetings and events. Depending upon space availability, departments may make advance arrangements for sponsored, i.e., invited, visitors.

General Public

Valet attendants onsite will provide a parking ticket to the campus visitor. The vehicle will be parked in a designated valet area and returned to visitor when payment is made.


Sponsored Visitors

Reserved valet visitor parking should be requested at least one week in advance by submitting a Visitor Reservation form through the PTS Web page. The requesting department will be required to pay a fee for the designated reserved parking area and any related fees for the valet service or arrange the valet fee to be paid by the visitor.
