Classes began Aug. 11 at the Polytechnic Elementary School, north of ASU’s Polytechnic campus in Mesa. The school is starting with a kindergarten through sixth grade for its first year.
The Polytechnic Elementary School is managed by University Public Schools, Inc., a non-profit organization that works in collaboration with Arizona State University.
