University Towers

University Towers is home to the Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering residential college and each room provides furnished apartments for four first-year students and has a private balcony. This coed community on the north end of campus provides 24-hour campus security and a complex office, computer lab, community laundry, vending machines, air conditioning, swimming pool, volleyball court and basic cable. There is a reserved parking structure next to the apartment complex for residents. ASU Parking and Transit Services is located on the first floor, and Sun Devil Stadium is only two blocks away.
