Tuition Waiver

Tuition Assistance Information

This program permits eligible employees to take advantage of educational opportunities at the University. Employees and qualified family members may enroll in courses of study at reduced registration fees. Tuition Waivers for Graduate Courses are taxable under current federal tax regulations.

  • Tuition Waiver Forms for classes as ASU are available on the web at http://asu.edu/hr/forms/index.html or at the Tuition Payment Office. Employees should complete and sign the Waiver Form and mail it along with a copy of the appropriate Schedule/Billing Statement, to be received by the fee payment deadline, to the Tuition Payment Office, Arizona State University, PO Box 870303, Tempe, AZ 85287-0303 (campus mail code 0303). Completed forms may also be placed in drop boxes in the Student Services Buiding on the first or second floors or at either registrar site

  • Eligible current employees utilizing Tuition Waivers for ASU classes for themselves, their spouses or dependent children are not required to pay for the non-waived portion of their classes at the time of registration. A bill to the student will be generated by the Accounts Receivable system for all remaining fees due.

  • Tuition Waiver Forms for classes at NAU, the U of A, or for retirees, are available on the Web at the above address or from the Human Resources Customer Service Center (Administration Building, B Wing, Room 163). Completed and signed forms for NAU or U of A classes should be returned to the respective school's Tuition Payment Office for processing.
