ASU Home Page Feature/ Event Calendar Submission Form

Features must include the following:

  1. An 4-7 word headline
  2. A photo or other visual element that will make the appropriate impact on the university’s home page.
  3. A “Read More” article. Ideally this article should include additional photos and links to additional related online content.
  4. All photos and images should include captions and alternative text (“ALT” text) that describe the image.

Calendar items must include the following. All events must have an ASU department sponsor.

  1. Event title
  2. Event date and time
  3. Event location
  4. Target audience and cost, if any.
  5. A 25-50 word description of the event that includes contact and sponsor information.
  6. Links to additional online information.
  7. Optional: Photo or graphic no larger than 150 pixels wide x 150 pixels wide.

All materials are subject to review and editing. Materials are selected based on space, availability and appropriateness.
