What It Covers

The fee covers the attendance for one person and includes program materials, dinner on Monday, breakfast and lunch on Tuesday, breakfast on Wednesday, and refreshment breaks. All sessions and meals associated with the program are open to registered participants only.

Other Information


Refunds will be issued for cancellation only if notification is received in writing at least ten business days prior to the opening of the program. Send written notice by fax to 480.965.0422 or by e-mail to lillie.johnson@asu.edu. Due to financial obligations incurred by Arizona State University, no refunds will be issued for cancellations issued after this time. A $50 administrative fee per participant will be charged for each cancellation.


If a registrant cannot attend the program, a substitute is permitted. Please notify ASU’s conference coordinator of the substitution in writing by fax 480.965.0422 or by e-mail to lillie.johnson@asu.edu.

Cancellation / Changes

In the event of cancellation of the program or change in hotel or program dates, registrants will be notified immediately by the conference coordinator. Arizona State University is not responsible for any travel or other expenses incurred by any participant due to a program, program date, or hotel cancellation or change.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is not permitted at any meeting session or program event.


All sessions will be held in the at the Memorial Union at the center of the Arizona State University ( Partial ASU campus map with Memorial Union). Participants are responsible for making their own reservations directly with the hotel (view a list of lodging choices).
