1. Develop end user documentation, training, and postimplementation support plans.
2. Plan and oversee development of end user training materials and user guides.
3. Coordinate train-the-trainer program for end user training.
4. Coordinate with Project Management Team to determine technical environment and facilities needed for end user training.
5. Coordinate with Support Services in implementing post-implementation end user support.
