Modern (Laundry) Production
“The Feeder” and Modern (Laundry) Production were shown at the Standpoint Gallery (London) in January 2002. The book to be handled was on a waist-high shelf giving some privacy of looking, but with the viewer/reader positioned on a stage-space. Near the book, an extended sequence of pages spilled down from a high shelf onto the floor. Beside this an industrial-looking monitor showed the continual, silent, acting-out of the calender feeder.
