To take the Next Step print out the PDF document from the link below.

Fax it to the number shown at the top of the form. (Be sure to lay the form face up or down according to your fax machine's needs.)

It will be received and will be put through an approval process to determine which Security Code you will receive with which to access PeopleSoft.

When that process is concluded you will receive an email letting you know that you have access.
