Policy

Pursuant to ABOR 2-120, “Establishment of Admission Requirements”, and ABOR 5-308(J)(2), “Student Code of Conduct ” (ABOR Policy Manual), applicants are ineligible for admissions to ASU if they have previously been found to have violated any post secondary institution's student conduct policies related to sexual violence and are no longer eligible to return to that institution or who left a post secondary institution prior to findings being made and are no longer eligible to return to that institution.
