To announce and publicize the university’s policy on sexual harassment

Student Code of Conduct
ASU prohibits sexual harassment by all employees and students.
The university will not tolerate conduct of a sexual nature that unlawfully interferes with an individual’s work or educational performance or creates an intimidating, hostile, or offensive working, learning, or residential environment.
Individuals may contact the Office of University Rights and Responsibilities regarding questions or complaints of discrimination or sexual harassment that involve employees.
Individuals may contact the Office of Student Rights and Responsibilities on any campus about conduct of this type that only involves students.
