Students
who are attending Arizona State University for the first time or are continuing
after more than one semester. They can be admitted as either a nondegree-seeking
or degree-seeking student.

Request
an application from the campus admission office where you are seeking
your degree, oraccess

request an MMR
waiver if you are only attending off-campus or online courses.
Request
your ACT, SAT or GRE scores as well as officialtranscripts to be sent to the appropriate admission office.

you are notified you have been admitted to the university, you manyregister for your courses.

*Note
nondegree limitations: Undergraduate Nondegree Students:
A total of 15 hours of completed nondegree work may be applied to a degree
program. If you wish to pursue a bachelor's degree, you must apply for
admission to a degree program through Undergraduate
Admissions and meet the regular admission requirements.
Graduate
Nondegree Students:You may enroll
in a maximum of 15 hours in one semester.
There is
no limit to the total cumulative credit hours
you can take. Up to nine nondegree graduate-level
credit hours taken at ASU at the Tempe or Polytechnic
campuses prior to admission to a degree program
may be applied to master's degree requirements.
Transfer credit (from other institutions and
ASU at the West campus) must meet Graduate
Council transfer policy guidelines
in addition to receiving degree program and Graduate
College approval. ASU at the West campus is
a
separately accredited institution and has a separate
application process. Please contact the Graduate
College or ASU
at the West campus
for information regarding their admission
policies.
Your registration
is complete when all fees have been paid by the deadline date published
on the registration
Web site for your particular course or program.
