The Supervisory and
Management Skills Certificate provides skill
competency-based customizable learning that
is designed to develop the qualities of first-time
and experienced supervisors and managers.
The certificate contains, but is not limited
to, topic areas covering: interviewing and
hiring, principles and practices of supervision/management,
employee motivation, retention strategies for
a multigenerational workforce, coaching for
improved performance, communication skills,
delegation skills, influence strategies, organizing
your time, your space, and priorities, personal
accountability, organizational change, effective
conflict management, problem-solving techniques,
and cultural diversity in the workplace.

Culture Program (ACEP) offers on-site English
language training. This includes courses
in general English skill development (speaking/listening
comprehension/reading/writing), English for
Specific Purposes (business English, legal
or medical English, English for engineering,
etc.), and one-to-one tutoring. AECP can
design courses of any length and content
for organizations seeking to improve their
employees' English proficiency. |
