ADA Accommodations  

If you have special accommodation needs, please contact us and we will be happy to work with you.



You may request coffee and/or hot tea for your function. Please call (602) 496-1500 at least 72 hours in advance of your meeting to make arrangements for service. Two lounges are equipped with vending and soda machines. These lounges are located in Building C on the second and third floors.


Beverage Items Available

Hot Tea: $15.00.
Starbucks Coffee (regular and decaf)

  • Half Pot (20 cups): $20.00
  • Full Pot (40 cups): $35.00
Coffee can be ordered in intervals of 20 cups.
Cups, stir sticks, napkins, and packets of cream and sugar provided.



Your meeting may be catered by any of the Mercado-approved caterers and vendors.

Whether you choose to provide your own food and beverages or your event is run by caterers/vendors, there is a $50 facility fee.


Standard Equipment and Supplies

Each meeting room is equipped with white marker boards, dry-erase markers, and projection screens at no cost. Overhead projectors, slide projectors and lecterns are also available upon request. Additional audio/visual equipment is available upon request for a nominal fee.
