Beginning July 1, 2008, all ASU Mercado
bookings are to be paid in full seven business days
prior to the event date. Please speak with our facility
scheduler at (602) 496-1512 for exact details.
Rates are dependent on room availability
and are subject to change without notice. All
reservations will be subject to a $2 facility use fee
per person, per room based on event set-up counts.
This fee covers tables, chairs and room set-up.
Users will have two options for their event
parking at the Heritage and Science Park
paid by program facilitator
paid by attendee
Please instruct your event attendees to
park in the conveniently located Heritage
and Science Park garage.
Beginning April 2008, all prepaid
parking validation stickers must be purchased
through ASU Parking and Transit Services,
pay Heritage and Science Park garage hourly
or daily rate upon exit.

NOTE: To qualify for nonprofit
rates you must be recognized with the State of Arizona
as a 501(c) organization. Rates are based on equipment
provided and are subject to change. Half-day rates
are based on a rental of four hours or fewer.
