We provide up-to-date equipment to support electronic presentations audio amplifications. You are welcome to supply your own AV equipment; please let us know so we can anticipate your room requirements.

Rates appear below for basic AV equipment. Easels, overhead projectors, podiums, whiteboards and projection screens are available at no charge.


Equipment Cost
In-house Sound System $125 per day (includes 2 microphones; additional microphones available for $10 each)
Platform stage/risers $120 per day
TV/VCR/DVD Unit $45 per day
Video/Data Projector $150 per day
Podium with Microphone $45
Wheelchair ramp for stage $60 per day
NOTE: Rates are based on equipment provided and are subject to change.

Availability and Terms
Please call 10 days in advance to secure specific equipment. All rooms are set up to accommodate most equipment needs.

Projection Equipment
The Mercado has available a variety of projection equipment, including overhead projectors, slide projectors, video/data projectors and projection screens. Technical support is available to set up equipment provided by the center. The cost for technical support is $60 per half hour and should be scheduled at least two weeks prior to your event. For your convenience, we honor late requests for technical support. The cost for late requests is $85 per half hour.

NOTE: Our video/data projectors work with most laptops, but compatibility is not guaranteed. Please bring your equipment in a few days early to test compatibility
