Availability
and Terms
Please call 10 days in advance to secure
specific equipment. All rooms are set up to
accommodate any equipment needs.
Projection
Equipment
The Mercado has available a variety of
projection equipment, including overhead projectors,
slide projectors, video/data projectors and projection
screens. Technical support is available to set
up equipment provided by the center. The cost
for technical support is $60 per half hour and
should be scheduled at least two weeks prior
to your event. For your convenience, we honor
late requests for technical support. The cost
for late requests is $85 per half hour.
NOTE: Our video/data projectors
work with most laptops, but compatibility is
not guaranteed. Please bring your equipment in
a few days early to test compatibility
Ethernet
Ethernet connections are availble in all classrooms.
The Mercado provides the IP address, gateway
and subnet for the room. The cost to use an
Ethernet connection in the classroom is $125
per day. In addition, technical support is
available to set up Ethernet connectivity for
your event. Our technical support team will
set up 10baseT connections (converters for
BNC coaxial cables are not available).
