Multicultural Student CenterThe Multicultural Student Center (MSC) provides a central location for multicultural, biracial, and multiracial students to access services designed to assist them in their pursuit for academic success. Staff actively seek to recruit and retain multicultural students through a variety of support services and programs. While the Multicultural Student Center is open to all ASU students and encourages participation in all its programs and services, efforts are targeted toward the African American; American Indian; Asian American/ Pacific Islander; and Hispanic/Latino student communities. Targeted programsThe African American Men of ASU and the Native American Achievement Program are specialized programs within Multicultural Student Services designed to increase the persistence and graduation rates of students within the Native American and African American communities. MSC LoungeWe invite students to spend time in the MSC lounge, a place where students are welcome to study, relax, or simply converse with other students. The Multicultural Student Center is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Academic and Resource RoomThe Academic and Resource Room is open from 8:30 – 5:00 PM offering tutoring, academic coaching, and studying.
