What do multicultural student ambassadors do?

Volunteer at events to speak to ASU prospective and current students, visitors and special guests!

Participate in special events, panel presentations, ASU's Orientation information fairs and activities to support success of multicultural student communities.

Gain leadership experience through:
- Sitting on diversity & academic committees, students government, and more
- Promoting diversity programs campus wide
- Providing assistance in planning and marketing events and programs

Multicultural Student Ambassadors are awarded for their contributions throughout the academic year with many incentives.

Process

To be a Multicultural Student Ambassador:
- Apply on-line
- Complete training as provided
- Participate in activities

Earn incentives:
5+ hours - MCSA t-shirt
10+ hours - lunch with an ASU VIP
15+ hours - certificate of volunteer hours as an Ambassador
20+ hours - recognition at a major ASU program or athletic event
