What types of events does the Office of Special Events coordinate?
OSE coordinates events supporting the Office of the President and Vice President for Public Affairs. These range from intimate dinners to campus-wide celebrations.
 
Can the office of Special Events coordinate my event for me?
Unfortunately, due to our workload throughout the year, we are unable to coordinate events for all departments on campus. However, we are more than happy to consult or answer any questions you may have about events on campus. You can find many answers to event planning on campus on our Resources for Event Planners web site.
 
“I am looking to bring a conference to campus or hold an event on campus, where should I start?”
The best place to start would be with the individual campus venues. Please see our “Resources for Event Planners” link for a contact list of campus venues.
