Downtown Phoenix campus opening

ASU Executive Vice President and Provost Elizabeth Capaldi, who joined the university in August, says she has been impressed with the steps the university and the city have taken and particularly with the voters approving funding through a bond election. “What is going on here is not going on anywhere else. People talk about similar things, but they don’t actually do them.”
