Construction on the ASU Foundation building nearly was completed in 2004, and additional construction on the Tempe campus began with two Interdisciplinary Science and Technology Buildings, the Biodesign Institute Building B and the Central Heating Plant. Construction on a third Interdisciplinary Science and Technology Building began on the East campus.
