Proctoring Services

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT:

UTSS has moved to 1130 E University Dr, Suite 204 in Tempe.

Extended Hours: Monday - Friday from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm. Parking is available while you are conducting business with University Testing and Scanning Services.

University Testing and Scanning Services proctors paper-based and computer-based exams in adherence to the proctoring requirements of your institution. The following information applies only to ASU’s Tempe Campus.

If you reside closer to the ASU’s West Campus, we encourage you to contact Testing Services there at 602-543-8136 or go to http://www.west.asu.edu/testing.

Fee

$25.00 initial fee plus $5.00 for each 15-minute segment used for testing after the first hour. If your institution does not cover the cost of returning your test materials to them, you will also be responsible for any shipping fees.

Method of Payment

By personal check or money order on the day of the test. We cannot accept cash, credit cards, or debit cards.

Individual Appointment Times

Our office hours are 7:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Appointments are based on availability and length of test.

ID Requirements

You must present a current and valid photo ID bearing your name and your signature (e.g., driver’s license, passport) on the day of your test. YOU WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO TEST WITHOUT PROPER ID. Please phone us if you have questions about ID’s.

Request Proctoring

To request proctoring services, complete the Proctor Request Form and return it to UTS.
