Villas at Vista

The newly constructed Villas at Vista Del Sol is a 184,560 square foot expansion of the Vista Del Sol student housing community in the South Neighborhood. The community features furnished, apartment-style units with three to four bedrooms for the same on-campus living experience as Vista Del Sol with bigger floor plans and designer interiors. Residents have full access to the resort-style amenities at the Vista del Sol community center, including a club-style fitness center, social lounge, game room, movie theater, swimming pool with sundeck, and basketball and sand volleyball courts.

The new community represents another step in ASU’s long-term partnership with American Campus Communities, which is also involved in the re-development of Manzanita Hall.
