Physical Education Building East

The Physical Education East and West buildings are home to the Department of Kinesiology and the School of Dance.

The facility features dance studios and performance spaces, the Exercise and Sport Research Institute and the Clinical Research Unit. These research units are supported by state-of-the-art laboratories designed for the study of biomechanics, motor control, motor development, exercise physiology, exercise biochemistry, neuroendocrinology and sport exercise psychology.

In both Physical Education East and West, there are classrooms, faculty and administrative offices and gymnasiums that feature men's and women's locker rooms.
