The Devil move past Chico St. (11-8) in the Semifinals of the WCLL playoffs, but lose to Chapman (17-9) in the Championship game. ASU will now prepare for the National tournament to be played at Texas Stadium in Dallas, TX May 13-17.

The Sun Devils go into the pit at UCSB and come out with a 1 goal win in a game that went down to the final whistle. ASU 9 UCSB 8. Leading the way were Tyler Westfall and Eric Nelson both with 3G and 1A. Tyler Westfall scored the winning goal unasisted with only a a few minutes left in the game. Full Stats

ASU wins its second divisional game against UC-San Deigo, 21-3. The Sun Devils are now on top of the WCLL South at 2-0. The Fighting Illini came to Tempe and left with a loss, 19-10. The Sun Devils were led by Sophomore Attack Eric Nelson who had 11pts in the game (4G, 7A). Sophomore Ryan Westfall and Senior Pete Noel also contributed with 4 goals each. Full Stats.

ASU beats Texas Tech 17-10 on a great night in Tempe, Arizona. ASU was led by Junior Attackman Tyler Westfall 5G, 4A. ASU got off to a great start leading at the end of the first half 10-2. Texas Tech would not go away as they made the score 11-7 at the end of 3. ASU was able to open the lead in the 4th and ended with the win. ASU is now 5-2. The Sun Devils can be seen next at home against Illinois on March 19 at 7pm. Stats

Sophomore Eric Nelson led the team in scoring with 7 goals as the #8 Sun Devils thumped the Trojans. Sophomore Ryan Westfall also had a good game with 2G, 5A. Pete Noel put in 5 goals. | Full Stats

The Sun Devils fall to the #8 ranked Michigan Wolverines. 11 - 8. With 4 minutes of un-releaseable penalties in the 4th quarter and 12.5 minutes of penalties in the game, the Sun Devils beat theselves. Game Stats

ASU wins season opener at home against #22 Cal Poly, SLO, 10-9
Led by Ryan Westfall's 4 goals and 1 assist, the Sun Devils were able to hang on to a one goal win.
In the first half, the scores went back and forth a couple times with the Sun Devils taking the lead into halftime 5-4. The Sun Devils came out in the 2nd half with 2 quick scores to make it 7-4. Cal Poly wouldn't go away though tying the game at 7. ASU would take a 9-7 lead after 3. Cal Poly had the ball with about 30 seconds to go in the game but couldn't manage to get off a shot. ASU picked up the ground ball to seal the victory. Kyle Lamb made a couple big saves in the 4th qtr. to help get the win. This was a hard fought battle between both teams and it really could have gone either way. ASU would like to thank Cal Poly for their visit to Tempe and would like to wish them the best of luck with the rest of their season.
