College: 1998 ASU Journalism graduate; concentration: photojournalism, with a history minor.

Other Interests: News writing, journal writing, video, philosophies, traveling, individual sports, girlfriend.

Objective: I am trying to gain an orientation of the regions of the
world through sociology. I want to become a culturally educated person who can help unveil the traditions, beauties and dilemmas of the world.

Why these countries? I believe that these countries express the
diversity of political, cultural and religious beliefs of our world.
These regions are changing quickly and I want to feel and capture the essence of their traditional cultures before they are saturated with Western societal practices.
