ASU police reported the following incidents Tuesday:

* A mountain bike was reported stolen at about 1 p.m. Monday from the bike racks near the F-Wing of the Physical Sciences Building.

* A 24-year-old Phoenix man was arrested on charges of DUI. He was reportedly swerving in a traffic lane near Rio Salado Parkway and Rural Road.

Tempe police reported the following incidents Tuesday:

* Police arrested a 21-year-old man at 9:45 p.m. Friday on charges of urinating in public at 414 S. Mill Ave. The man was detained by T.E.A.M. security guards after a brief foot pursuit. He refused to speak after contacted by police. He was transported and booked into Tempe City Jail.

* A 31-year-old Mesa woman was arrested at 4:45 a.m. Saturday after she was found in possession of a small plastic bag containing a green leafy substance believed to be marijuana. Officers saw smoke and detected the smell of freshly burnt marijuana when they arrived at the woman's apartment at 1370 S. Price Road. She was transported and booked into Tempe City Jail.

* Police arrested a 24-year-old Chandler man at 1:45 a.m. Saturday on charges of DUI. He was taken into custody at Tempe St. Luke's hospital after he was involved in a four-car collision at 805 W. Fifth St. The man initially refused to take a blood alcohol test but a warrant was obtained to administer the test and blood was then taken. He was transported and booked into Tempe City Jail.

* A 20-year-old Tempe man was arrested at 3:15 p.m. Friday on charges of forgery after he allegedly attempted to pass a $225 check at Checks Cashed, 224 E. Baseline Road. He was transported and booked into Tempe City Jail.

* Police arrested a 45-year-old transient man at 2:30 p.m. Friday on charges of aggravated assault after he allegedly grabbed an officer by the left wrist while she was attempting to detain him on the corner of Martin Lane and Apache Boulevard. Methamphetamines and a glass pipe were found in his possession. He was transported and booked into Tempe City Jail.
