Maintenance Requests

Facilities Management Residential Facilities is committed to delivering timely, continuous, and efficient customer service and to providing well-maintained student housing facilities and common areas. Our objective is to create an environment of collaboration in which both residents and staff assume responsibility for success.

Residents must notify the Online Service Response Center for any and all maintenance requests related to wear and tear issues or damages in residence hall rooms and common areas as they occur.

Whether you are binding your thesis or purchasing stamps, The UPS Store® has two full service locations on right on campus providing services to make your college experience more convenient and enjoyable. The UPS Store® is responsible for handling all of your mail service needs as well as offering a full range of postal, shipping, copy and printing services you can rely on.

Virtual Mom

Enhance the college experience by bringing the comforts of home to your students room.
