Ocotillo Hall is a coed hall, providing single and double occupancy rooms for freshman with either private or suite style bath. Additional amenities include 24-hour campus security and front desk services, laundry facilities, vending machines, a community kitchen, air conditioning, volleyball court, a swimming pool and basic cable. A shared computer lab is located at Mariposa Hall.
