Student housing is designed with one thing in mind – you.
For every hour you spend in class, you will probably spend two or more hours studying. When you live on campus, you have more time for studying and co-curricular activities. Students who live on campus can schedule lab sessions, study groups or tutoring sessions more easily with many facilities close at hand and have ready access to a variety of educational and social activities and programming tailored to their interests.
Student housing at the Tempe campus is organized into neighborhoods that promote your academic and personal success. Residence halls are just minutes from your classes and dining options, and provide a community where you can learn, grow and make the most of your Sun Devil experience.
North Neighborhood offers five living facilities that include Manzanita Hall, Palo Verde Main, Palo Verde West, Palo Verde East and San Pablo. Each hall offers a variety of dining options, along with academic support and community activities. Residents of North Neighborhood are in close proximity to many athletic and recreation facilities including outdoor volleyball courts, barbecue grills and areas for concerts and sporting events.
