Topic:  Healthy Eating for the Holidays by Deanne Wilson                                                                                                                            
Deanne Wilson is a Registered Dietitian.  She attended Arizona State University and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics and a Master of Science degree in Human Nutrition.  She specializes in Eating Disorders and weight loss with a non-diet approach.  Deanne also provides Medical Nutrition Therapy and nutrition education for a variety of health conditions and illnesses.  She worked at Remuda Ranch inpatient treatment center for Eating Disorders and is also part of the Eating Disorder Treatment Team at ASU.  RSVP for this workshop by calling DeDe Grogan at (480) 965-9515 or send an email to DeDe@asu.edu.

Topic:  Dealing with Depression by Dr. Karissa Greving
                                                                                                                             

Dr. Karissa Greving Mehall is a clinical lecturer at Arizona State University for the School of Social and Family Dynamics and teaches courses for the Masters of Advanced Science in Marriage and Family Therapy.  She is the clinical director and supervisor of the Arizona Marriage and Family Therapy Clinic and has been clinically working with individuals, couples, and families for approximately 8 years.  She is credentialed by Arizona State to supervise clinicians and has presented information on children, couples, and families at local, national and international workshops and conferences.  Through this workshop, participants will: learn ways to recognize stress response patterns during the holidays; learn optimal strategies to use when overwhelmed with stress especially during the holidays; and ways to regulate stress between work and relationships during the holidays.
