FYI: Check out the CCAMPIS Child Care Subsidy Evaluation Report!
If you are a current CCAMPIS Child Care Subsidy recipient:

- If you are on the CCAMPIS Child Care Subsidy waitlist:
-If you were not sent a new application for the Subsidy, then you were not enrolled in classes at ASU this Fall.

Faculty and Staff
Faculty and staff should contact Human Resources at 480-965-2701 for information about the Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA). One account option offers reimbursement for certain dependent care expenses incurred while you are at work. In addition, it is always a good idea to ask your child care provider for information on any child care discounts that they offer.
