ASU University Housing Recruitment for 2010-2011

University Housing will soon begin the recruitment season for student leadership positions for the 2010-2011 academic year. Recruitment information sessions will be held throughout November and December to promote leadership opportunities.

Students who are interested in applying for a position should strongly consider attending an information session to learn more about the responsibilities, qualifications needed for, and benefits of a leadership position. Information regarding the application and selection process will also be shared. Student leaders already in these positions will be in attendance at the information sessions to share their experiences and take questions from attendees.

Apply to be a Community Assistant at the Downtown Phoenix Campus

The Downtown Phoenix campus is now accepting Community Assistants applications for the 2009-2010 academic year. The Community Assistant position has been considered the highest student leadership position in Higher Education.

  • Due date to for those interested is Friday, January 29, 2010 at 5 p.m.
  • Submit completed applications to the Taylor Place Customer Service Desk or to Ronald Briggs or Bryan Custer.

Now Accepting Student Leadership Applications at the Tempe Campus

University Housing at Tempe campus is now accepting Student Leadership applications (Community Assistants, FYRE Fellow, Rez Devil) for the 2010-2011 academic year.

  • Due date for those interested in applying to be Community Assistants (CAs) is December 18, 2009 at 5 p.m. 
  • Submit completed applications to the Hassayampa (HAV) Mohave (A-building front desk). Applications can be submitted between 8am and 5pm, Monday through Friday. This office will be closed on university holidays.Applicants must turn in application in person as there is additional information to be completed at time of application submission.
  • Please allow 10 minutes to complete this additional information at the time of application submission. If you are unable to deliver the completed application in person, please contact Dari Bradley at 480-727-0880 for alternative arrangements.
