Convenience Living Program Powered by Valet Today Campus

ASU Residential Life is proud to offer the Convenience Living Package powered by Valet Today Campus®. This package includes:

Weekly Laundry Service – You will be given a bar coded laundry bag from Valet Today Campus®. Fill your duffle-style laundry bag and bring it to your assigned UPS Store location on campus any day Monday-Friday. Your items will be washed and dried in a separate washer and dryer, folded and ready for pick-up 48 hours later. Don’t forget to include those sheets and towels!

Bathroom Cleaning – Every other week your bathroom will be cleaned by our exceptional cleaning staff. This cleaning service includes a full cleaning of toilet and shower stall, including the shower door/curtain, walls, floor, grout, fixtures, sweep and wet mop the bathroom floor, as well as dust light fixtures and all high corners for dust/cobwebs. You don’t even have to be present to receive service!

Every Other Week Water Delivery – Every other week a 24 pack of - .5L bottles will be delivered right to your room. These deliveries will coincide with your bathroom cleaning service, to ensure accurate in-room delivery.

Q: Where do I get my VTC laundry bag?
A: A VTC laundry bag will be in your room when you get to school.

Q: Can I put dry cleaning items in my VTC laundry bag?
A: All items put in your VTC laundry bag will be washed, dried, and folded. If you have items that need special attention, please do not include them in your bag.

Q: Is my laundry mixed with other student’s laundry during washing/drying?
A: No, each student’s laundry is washed and dried in separate washers and dryers.

Q: How many times a week can I have my clothes washed?
A: 1 time a week for the 15 week semester.

Q: Where do I drop off and pick up my laundry?
A: At the UPS store where you pick up your mail.

Q: How many cases of water will I receive?
A: You will receive 2 cases a month – one 24 bottle case every other week, for a total of 8 cases per semester.

Q: What kind of water is provided in the delivery?
A: Arrowhead® Mountain Spring Water

Q: What do I do if I have a problem with the services I purchased?
