Winter Break and Renewing is just around the corner

All residence leaving for Winter Break should be checked out by Friday December 18th by 4:00 PM. Gate card access will be denied to students not staying for the winter break that have not processed a Winter Break application.

If you have decided to leave for the break, you should go to the Las Casas Office, turn in room keys--sign and date the roster stating you have done so.

Residents that do not check out on the roster and forget to turn their key in or have moved out (taking all their belongings) and failed to check-out will be charged $75 for an improper check out and a lock change charge of $45.00.

Students that are staying for winter break must inform the front office that you will be here during the winter break by filling out a winter break application. The charges for winter break will be announced sometime this month. Notices will be put on your door to indicate that the room is occupied and you are here during the break.

Renewing for Fall 2010 information will be given to all residence right before winter break. Please consider renewing at this time due to room availability and the Super Suite wait list for Fall.

We will miss all of our residents leaving for break; see you back on January 15th, 2010!
