May Move-Out
Do you know when your License ends? Unless you have already renewed, ALL Residence Hall and Shared House License Agreements end either on
May 9, 2008 or August 1, 2008.

You will be expected to be completely moved out (room/house clean, all belongings removed, and key returned to us) by NOON on your ending date. Students who are not moved out by the deadline are subject to financial penalties. Make plans NOW with your parents or whoever is helping you move so that you are out on time!

Graduating Seniors
ONLY if you are a graduating senior living in the residence halls or shared houses, your move-out date has been extended to May 11, 2008 due to changes in the commencement schedule. Please notify our office if you are graduating and need to take advantage of this extension.

All non-graduating students with ending dates of May 9, 2008 will still be expected to be completely moved out by noon on that day.

More information regarding the check-out process will be posted on bulletin boards and printed in newsletters. Please contact our office for more information (727-1700).

Community House update!
Donations are being accepted for the Community House in South Desert Village. If you have anything you would like to donate, please contact Jon Marple at jon.marple@asu.edu

Summer Housing
Rooms are still available for Summer 2008! Freshmen who currently live in Dean, Bell or FYE are eligible to move into available rooms in the North Residence Halls after the spring semester ends. If you live in the North Residence Halls or South Desert Village Shared Houses, and plan to stay over the summer, MAKE SURE YOU RESERVE YOUR ROOM by signing a summer License Agreement. Please contact our office if you are interested in summer housing.
