We invite you to join a Taylor Place ‘Hard Hat’ Tour as the Arizona State University Downtown Phoenix campus rises to new heights.
Taylor Place Hard Hat Tours will be offered at 3 p.m. Monday-Friday.
- Tours are open to any interested individual (including newly admitted students). There is not a dress code requirement. The necessary safety gear will be provided tour participants.
- Meet at the Taylor Place Office & Display Center, 455 N. 3rd St, Suite 201, Phoenix, AZ.
- We will validate parking at the AZ Center Garage; enter on Fillmore, between 3rd and 5th Streets.

Checklist for Move-out
Let’s pack up Residential Commons to make way for Taylor Place!
Follow the checklist to make sure that you are all set to move out!
You must check out of RSCOM no later than 24 hours after your last final exam.
You can sign up for a check out slot with an RA at the front desk.
Your room must be clean and vacant of your belongings before you can check out of the building.
Failure to clean your room or return your room key will result in fines.
All trash must be taken to the dumpster.
All unwanted items that are in good condition should be donated to the Trash to Treasure program located in the courtyard.
Residential Commons will officially close on Saturday May 5, 2008 at 5PM.
