Message from the Associate Dean of Student Affairs and Executive Director of University Housing
Michael Coakley
Dear Resident:

Welcome to, or back to, living on campus at one of the four ASU locations. We are excited that you have chosen to live with us and hope that you have a great experience this year. Whether you are living on the Tempe campus, the Polytechnic campus, the Downtown campus, or the West campus; one thing is common across the university, we want our residents to enjoy their stay with us and to have a successful year both academically and personally.

It is our sincere hope that you will take advantage of all the opportunities that exist for residential students to become engaged with your immediate residential community, your campus life, and the larger university. By attending ASU events on each campus; supporting the Sun Devils at sports events; taking a campus job; or volunteering for a leadership position, you will get so much more out of your collegiate experience.

We hope you will also take advantage of the myriad of academic and student services available on your campus in order to provide you with the strongest skill set academically.

Throughout the year, you will be receiving this electronic newsletter. Our intent is to make sure you are aware of all the opportunities and services available. The newsletter will also include the successes of your fellow residents.

Have a great Fall semester and enjoy your stay with us!

Michael J. Coakley
Associate Dean of Student Affairs and
Executive Director of University Housing
